1:1 Manifesting Meditation

My meditations are channelled  it’ll will be totally unique to you.

You will receive a recording of the meditation to use to repeat it many times as you like.

We will discuss whatever it is that has attracted you to my page. Once we have opened up about where we need to go and the intentions we will go into the meditation.

Meditation community

For meditation to be the most effective it needs to be consistent and daily.

That’s why I have created a Meditation Community. 

Meditation for beginners

 This is a four week course that teaches you the basics of meditation and takes you on your first steps of your spiritual awakening.

Then we go into your own personalised meditation to set mantras and raise your vibration to align with your dreams.

The call takes place via zoom. 
 

We will discuss whatever it is that has attracted you to my page. Once we have opened up about where we need to go and the intentions we will go into the meditation.
 

My meditations are channelled so it will be totally unique to you and your specific needs at the time.
 

You will receive and audio recording of the meditation for you to use and repeat as many times as you like.

Join the Meditation Community

Meditation is not woo woo BS. If you aren’t meditating then you are missing out on life’s simplest hack.

 

Start you day feeling positive and energised.

For meditation to be the most effective it needs to be consistent and daily.

 

That’s why I have created a Meditation Community. We meditate at 7am or 7pm for 30 minutes Monday through Friday.

​

This helps to commit to a routine while joining a group of like minded souls to share your experiences with.

​

The calls will take place via zoom. We also have a WhatsApp group to keep us all connected. When we meditate as a collective the power and energy is amplified it really is a great way to start your day.

 

Who this is for:

  • If you have dabbled at meditation know the benefits but just cant seem to develop a consistent routine then this is your tribe!

 

Cost: £40.00 for 4 weeks

Meditation for Beginners

This is a four week course that teaches you the basics of meditation and takes you on your first steps of your spiritual awakening.

We meet as a group on zoom 6pm each evening Monday - Friday for 30 mins.

​

There will be a Q&A session on Monday evening from 7-8pm where you can ask questions and share you own experiences

 

Week 1:

  • Learning the basics of meditation. The art of being present. You will learn about the power of your breathe and how to use you it effectively.

  • You will learn how to release yourself from you ‘monkey mind’ and how align with the truth of who you are.

 

Week 2:

  • You will learn about your inner vibration, learn how to raise it and the benefits of this.

  • Learning that all you need to do is find what makes you happy.

 

Week 3:

  • Learn the art of letting go. 

  • This is where we dive into our emotions. Welcoming them in so you can feel them and heal them.

 

Week 4:

  • Connecting to your future self to lock in your intentions goals and desire for the next year.

 

The benefits of meditation are unique to everyone, but what is guaranteed is that you will be feeling so much better by the end of the four weeks and you will become a better version of the person you are today and you will be set up to just keep growing as you continue on your own path.

  • Zoom meditation sessions 6pm Monday-Friday

  • Q&A session on a Monday evening 7pm-8pm

  • 4 audio recordings taking at the end of each week for you to keep and play.

  • WhatsApp group to keep you connected to your new soul family

  • Direct contact with myself through the WhatApp group. 

  • Access to the Mediation community 7am Mon-Fri via zoom while on the course. Worth £40.00

  • Free 4 week access to the meditation community after you have completed the course. Worth £40.00

  • Free 1-1 session to have your own personal meditation. Recording included. Worth £50.00
