Meditation for Beginners Program is designed to help you with anxiety and depression, to help you understand your emotions and in return to control those mood swings. By building a daily meditation practice you are able to give your brain a work out and in time bring clarity to your thoughts which helps to dilute the brain fog.

This is a four week course that teaches you the basics of meditation and takes you on your first steps of your spiritual awakening.

This is a four week course that teaches you the basics of meditation and takes you on your first steps of your spiritual awakening.

We meet as a group on zoom 6pm each evening Monday - Friday for 30 mins.
​
There will be a Q&A session on Monday evening from 7-8pm where you can ask questions and share you own experiences
Week 1:

Learning the basics of meditation. The art of being present. You will learn about the power of your breathe and how to use you it effectively.

You will learn how to release yourself from you ‘monkey mind’ and how align with the truth of who you are.
Week 2:

You will learn about your inner vibration, learn how to raise it and the benefits of this.

Learning that all you need to do is find what makes you happy.
Week 3:

Learn the art of letting go.

This is where we dive into our emotions. Welcoming them in so you can feel them and heal them.
Week 4:

Connecting to your future self to lock in your intentions goals and desire for the next year.
The benefits of meditation are unique to everyone, but what is guaranteed is that you will be feeling so much better by the end of the four weeks and you will become a better version of the person you are today and you will be set up to just keep growing as you continue on your own path.
